Trying to decide which dog breed is best is like trying to figure out which beer is the best tasting. Everyone has his or her own individual tastes and preferences so there is no way you will ever reach consensus on which dog is the best dog breed.
Here are five dog breeds that I would consider to be in the top five and my reasons for picking them.
Labrador retrievers: a perennial favorite of everybody, and always at the top of the AKC list of most popular dogs. I also chose this dog because I always had labs around when growing up.
Yorkshire terriers: again I picked this one partly because of its immense popularity and the fact that people love to cross this dog with other smaller dogs and create interesting new crosses.
Chihuahua: I picked this dog because it is a very unique dog. Is the smallest dog but it is the dog with the biggest personality.
Great Danes: I picked just because it’s one of the biggest dogs and they are simply amazing.
Siberian Huskies: Siberian Huskies I picked again because I like how they look, with their amazing soft coats and great personalities.
These are the five dog breeds and I consider to be the top ones, I’m sure you have your own choices for top dog breeds but these are my choices.
